Ok, here is another shot of the area I struggle with.
OK, Here is my crazy tall kitchen ceilings, they are vaulted at a slant to one side, your looking at the tallest side. I lived in NOLA for awhile and so I kind of went with a shutter idea up there b/c of such a big space, looking for color ideas as we are do for a painting. Any ideas to warm up the space would be appreciated. By the way go easy on the rooster in my kitchen, my sweet hubby painted it for me.

A fav ornament (the little lighthouse's spotlight really works) I feel like I should be at the beach house sipping a cool drink for the season. Where's the beach house? My hutch, turned wine server. The chef resides on top of my crazy kitchen cabinet's, more on that drama later. He changes fashion for the seasons. Yes, just like a porch goose or whatever you call them in your neck of the woods. I do not have one by the way! My mantle and Macy's window area on top of it (I have no idea what to ever put in this area), Help!

Of course, the reason for all of it! Our church had an awesome program this weekend! The littles did the first half and the teens did the second. This was from the second portion and the little angel is my baby.

Holiday Decorating

Christmas has come to Missouri and I'm enjoying getting the house ready for the holidays. I'd love feedback and new ideas to save for the next holiday season.
